Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp apple butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and transfer to a mason jar.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.
